Should I take 2Z03 in Summer?
Hi,
I'm in first year Engineering, almost at the end of my second semester. I'm going to be taking 1C03 in the summer/spring, and was wondering if taking MATH 2Z03 at the same time would be a good idea? Any advice is appreciated!

It's doable, but as a math course that only spans 1 month, it will require you to grind homework all day, everyday.

Also, I thought 1C03 is a prerequisite for 2Z03.

George, engineers take math 1zc3 (linear algebra) which is pre prerequisite for 2z03. I think you're confusing it with life science math I believe. Pretty sure OP is talking about eng 1c03, the drawing course.

I did 2z03 last summer, wasn't bad at all really. Definitely a step up from first year, but it is doable. Considering you're going to have to take it during second year along with 4-5 other courses, I think its much better to take it now. If Eng 1c03 is the 1c03 you're referring to, then yeah, it shouldn't be a big problem.

Which program are you going into? Because if your program requires 2zz3, consider taking that too this summer.

Scratch that, 1C03 is the Engineering one.

Yeah, 2Z03 and 1C03 would be okay in the summer. As long as it's not 2 math classes together, it's doable.
