I am just wondering about the single room guarantee for first years. I know that you need 95%+ to be guaranteed a single room, but the email says as of June 2nd, so does that mean that if marks dip a bit under 95 now you could still get a single room if you had 95 before?

As long as you were guaranteed the room and you paid your deposit before the deadline (June 2nd @ 4pm) then you are good.
