No fees cleared just means doing your payment agreement. I've done this every year without paying until right before Sept 1.

I called the school and the lady said that it's open but there's too much volume and then I told her "but no one isgetting in" and she said "you haven't talked to 2700 people"

Lol do they seriously only have one lady answering all these phone calls? ahhahahah

they don't pay her enough!

It's just fees cleared which is the confirmation of the PA. You can check if your fees are cleared by going to Program and Course Summary if you managed to get into MUGSI.

My fees are cleared, I got to solar again and it says this:

But greyed out. Yeah they haven't opened it yet and it's been almost an hour.

My buddy just called and they said that their system is down so we just have to wait....they gave him no estimated fix time
