SOLAR Reopening
The registrar site says SOLAR reopens only for students who are registered and have their fees clear by August 9th. Does that mean you have to have paid your tuition by August 9th OR you have decided on your payment agreement and sent it? I'm getting slightly anxious since I haven't paid yet and I'm on road trip and won't be back in time to pay

You DON'T have to pay your tuition. Just make sure you confirmed your PA and don't have any outstanding fees other than tuition. This would be things like library fines, etc.

FYI, PA = payment agreement. As long as you accept it.
