Hi, I'm kind of confused and worried about my student account. On my payment agreement I chose the OSAP flex plan, which means I have to pay 60% in September and the rest later (in January I think). I owed $13974.27 in total and recently I paid off that 60% ($5898.56 after OSAP and scholarships). Afterwards I checked my account statement in MUGSI and it says I owe $11,128.27 in tuition charges, residence fees and meal plan. Before I paid the 60%, it listed $5898.56 as what I owe for tuition and $0.00 under student account. Can any one tell me what's going on?

Go to the Student Accounts on the second floor in Gilmour Hall or Financial Aid on the first floor (I'd do this first). They will explain it to you better than any of us here can.
