You also have to figure out how to register for the course at the other university. I remember 2 years ago I was looking at taking a course at UofT St. George and I remember coming across a page talking about LOPs and Part-Time Registration but I can't seem to find it anymore.
In any case you can either talk to the academic advisors at McMaster (Which you would need to do anyways to get the course approved as an equivalent as well as obtaining an LOP) and ask if they know anything. They probably don't know the specifics though so your best bet would be to contact UofT.
