Yea I don't go to the McMaster dentist just because they seem sketchy and unprofessional (much alike the Doctors but they give easy scripts, I just wouldn't go there for anything serious). I use "Downtown Dental" in hamilton, which is right by Gore. They literally just filled 7 () of my cavities and they were incredibly professional about it.

I might want to check out that Ancaster Dental Arts, maybe just for the teeth whitening haha. How does it work if you opted out of Mac's dental plan, do you still get all the benefits if you have your own plan but are a McMaster registered student?

If you go to the campus dentist for a cleaning, what happens is you get charged and then they process the insurance papers and you should receive a check by mail after a week or so for a full refund.

go to the ancaster dental arts - they don't require you to pay in advance if it is covered. they charge the insurance right away so you dont have to wait for a refund cheque
