Is there a difference between 91 and 100?
The McMaster GPA conversion chart states that any Mark 90-100 is a 12, or a 4. If I apply to medical school, and let's say a student gets 91 in all his classes through out uni, and applys to medical school. Will they see his GPA average, which would be a 12 or a 4, or would they know it's a 91 per any average?

Nobody outside McMaster will know your percent grade. Often, even you won't know your percent grade.
