On the grade report it only says your mark on the 12 point scale... Is there a place that gives the exact percentage?

Well, although there is "such a thing as" a percentage grade, no, there is nowhere official that will give you that information. You could email the prof and ask, or ask to see your exam, but that's about it.

No, think about what you just asked. If grade report and degree audit present your grades on a 12-point scale, where would the conversion come from? Thin air? Why would you even want a percentage conversion?

It would be nice to know exactly where you're at. It's not unreasonable to be curious where you fall into a 5% range, or whether you just barely made this grade or were 0.2% away from the next one.
