I don't know, I was originally going to auto-refresh via a firefox add-on, before I found out that didn't work. If you were handy with macroing, I guess you could write something that cycles through the windows and loads the home page every 10 seconds, which you could set to he FIPPA notice address.

i could release the greasemonkey script but it's quite basic. just check for the address, if it's the correct one it'll stop otherwise keep on loading the correct address until it loads :p
