Titles Rush Period Hours (2009)

 
Titles Rush Period Hours


The hours of operation for Titles Bookstore during the return to campus rush period (as of September 8) will be 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

In the event of a strike by CAW Local 555, Unit 1, Titles Bookstore will remain open and hours will be 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.

Also, as of September 1st 2009 Titles is charging $0.15 per (plastic) bag when you buy books.

I've been trying to get on the Titles website since yesterday. Right when I need to access the classifieds section! Knew I should of emailed people earlier.

15 cents a bag!? This has to be a joke..i totally understand if this is one of those black bags we got last yr but for a plastic bag!?

Those black bags are actually free. They have a limited number though, I can't remember how many though... 1000 maybe?

can we use our student cards (ie our student accounts) to purchase stuff from the bookstore?

If you're 18+ you can fill out an application form at Titles in order to be able to use your student card to purchase books or else you need the form to be signed by a parent - you get a sticker that signifies this. However, if I recall (I could be mistaken) it is like using a credit card. You have to pay the amount you spend back and it's not taken out of your mealcard money.

Yes, but up to $1000 and interest charged at the end of the month (1.2% per month).

You dont have to be 18. I was 17 when I bought books for 1st term and they let me use my student card to pay

You can pay like you pay tuition or you can go to the titles main store and drop off your check or use debit.

Oh okay, wasn't aware of that but thanks for the clarification.

I always think it's easier to just pay by other means but I guess it can be convenient for people who only want to carry their ID and keys around.
