I am arriving to Toronto next friday in the night. Around 22. Would it be anyway of catching a train or bus from the airport to Hamilton that day or should I get a hostel in Toronto for that night?

you can take Mississauga transit (mi-way) bus # 7 to square one then walk across to the GO bus terminal which is just north of square one, from there 47west to Hamilton which stops right in front of McMaster.

the latest 47 west is @ 12:07am according to their schedule

so up to you, if you don't get held up at the airport (customs and what not, i remember my grandma was delayed 4 hours, but thats probably because she brought a lot of food and didnt speak any english, hehe ), my guess is if you can take #7 before 11pm you should be able to make it to mac
