Fact: With no DCS++ my avg would have been 10.3 instead of 9.3

Guaranteed.

@[email protected] Oh dear.
Hahaha....

But most people use it for TV and movies yes??? Movies...I will have a problem with, I know this....but I could always just not allow it to start! Hahaha...

TV wouldn't be so hard...it's so uninteresting these days.

TV sucks now, I wholeheartedly agree. But in a world where you can download every episode of southpark ever in less than an afternoon...yum. You're also gonna wanna buy a bigggg external hardrive. You owe it to yourself...

But yeah DC++ is the best and worst thing about rez. You'll hear whispers of it in the first few weeks...then before you know it almost everyone's got it.

I DON'T HAVE MONEY FOR AN EXTERNAL DRIVE!
Wah wah...my tech. set up is (and shall remain) as simple and inexpensive as possible. I'm not a complete n00b but I do not want to sabotage myself
Hahaha. This DC++ seems like drugs in rez. Hmm hmmm, decisions! Hahaha.

Hahah oh yeah, tread carefully! The worst part is when you go from having DC++ to not having it..it's just bizarre. It's like when you get a PVR for your satellite TV...you can pause and rewind anything...so you find yourself trying to do it in real life all of the time...

You mean DC will change your life! Yeah, but seriously, you won't need to use limewire at all. However, you should keep it if by a small chance, there's a song or something you want that's not there. There are millions of songs on DC, the only ones I think woud not be there are really really old ones. Plus Limewire is full of viruses, so you won't have to worry about those anymore. Each song downloads in <1 second.

You can download the DC++ client now, but it won't be able to operate in the capacity we've been discussing till you get to school. That's because it uses the school's wired network. That's why everything is soooo fast. You'll get a specific address you have to connect to, someone will tell you it eventually. LAst year it was machub.dyndns.org I think...word of mouth spreads it.

Anyways here's the link for pc's
http://prdownloads.sourcefor ge.net...7.exe?download

However if you have a mac you use Shakespeer. Which is very similar program, works the exact same way:
http://shakespeer.googlecode .com/f...peer-0.9.8.dmg

Sure you can download it now!
http://prdownloads.sourcefor ge.net...7.exe?download
You can install it on your system and get familiar with it. However, if you type in the address machub.dyndns.org, nothing will happen because you're not using a direct line from mac and it's not set up yet. Plus I'm not sure yet if that's the address that will be used this year. You can search the system and see if any other groups are public and would allow you to join, but I would just use limewire for now.

Edit: McMaxwell beat me to it!
