I recently tried logging onto my mac email and looks like I forgot my password (although I think it's the correct one)... how do I reset it?

Go to the main mugsi page ( https://adweb.cis.mcmaster.ca /cis/ahtml/login.htm ) , then on the left side there’s options, click on the 7th option that says “ Forgot your MAC ID or Password”, then go from there

It's your MacID password...so you can't reset just email, you'd have to reset everything by going here https://adweb.cis.mcmaster.ca /cis/ahtml/login.htm and clicking "Forgot your MacID or Password?" on the right.
