So I'm doing a thesis in a field which really interests me , but my supervisor said that performing an actual study where I collect data from patients would be impractical because I'm in undergrad and the patients of interest are very ill and fragile. For lack of other terms...
I still want something to present on poster day...I'm looking at doing a review paper, possibly a meta-analysis. I've also heard of database studies (as undergrads, would we have access to such databases?) and library research (what is this?).
Are there any other ideas?
