You could keep hitting Verify CHanges and proceed to the Payment agreement, confirm what you have but then I think you're prompted to exit. The others could probably help you more; I'm a SOLAR n00b.

So now it leaves me with this:
You do not have the academic requisites for course: MEDRADSC 1B03 2 D
You do not have the academic requisites for course: MEDRADSC 1C03 2 D
When I have the requisites for 1B03 b/c I just registered for KINESIOL 1Y03, and 1C03 because I did Grade 12 physics. Now what?

i click on solar and i get "waiting for about:blank page" and everythin is frozen ..wat do i do ..should i exit mugsi?

Yeah, if you continue trying to get onto SOLAR when you actually get in it'll say that your time has expired.
So just re-login.

Yep, if you are pass the time limit for MUGSI it doesn't tell you until you successfully (or it would have been successful) enter SOLAR.
