Undergraduate E-mail?
Just wondering if anyone has their undergraduate e-mail yet? and when are we eligible for MAC ID Services?

As I know, Mac ID services are available only when you are done with your payment agreement

I have mine! But I've been going to Mac to four years (not the answer you were expecting, were you?  ).
But yes, zaidyusufani is correct. Once your payment agreement has been filled out you should be able to access your Mac email.

I just got mine a few minutes ago. I'm first year, so I'm assuming it should be working for everyone now- at least once you've done the SOLAR & payment agreement stuff.

hmm ive finished registering and confirmed the payment agreement, but it still wont let me on the email.
im going to the START program tomorrow so hopefully they can fix it for me

yeahh same here as well...i'd type in my macid password and username and it keeps saying it's invalid..but i'm pretty sure it's right :\

yeah im having the same problem. i just confirmed the payment agreement and i still cant enable my mac ID services.
maybe i just have to wait a bit?

I'm having the same problem as well. It's been quite a few days now since I've confirmed my payment agreement, yet I still can't log into my e-mail. Help anyone? |

On the other hand, I have yet to confirm my payment agreement, and already have access to my email. Strange.

Try going into MUGSI and clicking "Enabled MAC ID Services" AGAIN (for the second time). Usually doing it again will make it work. So try enabling again, then go into mussmail and see if it works now.
If not, contact UTS Support Help Desk at (905) 525-9140 x24357

I have enabled my MACID services and i can get access to everything except my email. it tells me that it is in a remote server?? I am assumeing that they are just not letting me get acess to it yet.
Tip: your username is [email protected]?? something like that not just your MAC id |
