Upper Year student taking First Year course
I need to take econ 1bb3 this year but solar says it is full already, is it simply just not open to upper year students yet or should I be checking frequently if it opens up before the August 10th or whatever solar reopening?

yup. they only open a few spots for upper year before first years register. keep trying, for econ you will def get in
