VON Hamilton
Wednesday, Nov 24th: 2:00-3:30PM @ 414 Victoria Avenue North
Thursday, December 2nd: 10:00-11:30AM @ 65 Mall Road
VON is Canada’s largest, non-profit, charitable home care and community care organization addressing community health and social needs. The services are provided by nurses, other health professionals, support service workers and volunteers.
Whether you are looking for positions related to kinesiology, administration, special events, or just in health care, there’s a place for you!
All you need to bring to orientation are the names and day time phone numbers of your references. Police checks are accepted if they are within a year.

Pathways to Education
Tuesday, Nov 23rd: 5:30-8:00PM @ 460 Wentworth St. North
Pathways to Education is a project designed to increase success in high school and access to post-secondary education for students living in the North Hamilton communities of Bennetto and Keith. It’s an excellent experience for those interested in a teaching or youth development career, with life experience to share, or simply wishing “to make a difference.”
