This sucks! Any upper years have any movement on the waiting list or are they just processing 1st years right now?

Looks like just 1st years for now, I guess. I'm down to 78.

So, haven't seen any movement yet - still sitting at #87. I called this morning to find out what is happening and apparently there are two separate lists - one for first year and one for upper years. I'm not sure if there's actually 86 upper years ahead of me or not - anybody know how this thing works cause even housing seems confused. I've talked to two different people and I've gotten two completely different answers.

Ya.. the whole thing doesn't sound very organized. Hopefully your list will start to move soon too. Mine hasn't moved any more since yesterday afternoon.

man 5th and 83rd I'm extremely jealous, I'm 103 :( BUT we will all make it in.. need to just not think about it

When did you last check your nubmer? I was 140 but a couple days ago it dropped to 78.

At least the 1st year list is moving. The upper year list hasn't changed at all - I'm just hoping they haven't gotten around to assigning those rooms yet! This is so frustrating!!

When I went from #78 to #19 I was extremely happy but it's not moving again!!!

The big jump was most likely caused by all the decisions since May up to that day. Now the list will be moving as new decisions are made to not stay in residence.

REs Waiting List
oh gosh ive been logging on the Residence Portal EVERYDAY!! :s .. im currently at number 14! ...but hear this...i started off at 103..then it went to 73..and now like i said 14..i called residence housing and I was told that it was a good position to be in and that they havnt sent all the cancellations in yet..so i dont know..i guess we just gotta be hopefull! (yn)

how come other people have complained about absolutely no movement on the upper year wait list ? i am 83 and i havn't moved, yet u have? how is that so

I would like to know too cause I'm still sitting at #87 and haven't moved one spot! How is it possible that someone who was 104 passed us and is now at 14????
