WeFit: Free rock climbing, yoga, and home fitness classes
Want to get fit? Want to have some fun? Don't know where to start?
McMaster Health and Wellness Center, in collaboration with Athletics & Recreation, have organized 4 free interactive workshops to get you pumped about your health! There are a variety of workshops being offered, including rock climbing, yoga, and home fitness. Pick what you're interested in and come join us!
Information session: January 20th at 6:30pm in MUSC 224
Moving on Up – Wednesday January 26th, 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Rock Climbing on McMaster’s Climbing Wall. Meet at the front doors of the Pulse in the David Braley Athletic Centre.
Hello My Name is… the Pulse! – Monday January 31st, 10:30am – 11:30am
A brief tour of Pulse and participation in an exciting fitness class. Meet at the front doors of the Pulse in the David Braley Athletic Centre.
Fitness-to-Go – Wednesday February 9th, 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Learn some tips and techniques for fitting in fitness easily at home. Meet at the Track in the David Braley Athletic Centre, outside of room W202.
Unwind Your Mind – Monday February 14th, 10:30am – 11:30am
Unwind and relax with simple stress-busting techniques and a calm and gentle beginner yoga practice. Meet in the David Braley Athletic Centre, W202/2
