Welcome Day 2009 Reviews
I attended welcome day today and thought it was great!

Was wondering what other people who attended thought of it.

I went with a couple of friends. We went to David Braley for the tour, and then to both Bates and McKay for the res tours. Overall it was pretty good. Nothing spectacular, but I'm definatley getting more and more excited for Mac this September.

I think the welcome day was really good to help students out. Its really nice to see that help is avaliable out there =)

I really liked it a lot! Especially since it was my first visit to campus too! The Maroons were beyond awesome!!!!! Too bad they only came to one of the sessions XD. Speaking of the sessions, I found them really informative as well as the info fair in Mills.

I always have so much fun during Welcome Day! I kept losing my voice though! It's also pretty kickass to put a username to a face, haha! Yay to MacInsiders people approaching the IRC table-- you're all amazing!

I went to welcome day today, as well, and I loved it.
I LOVED the people in the bright orange "SOCS" jump suits. SOOO doing that when I get into third year.
and the Maroons were great, too. VERY spiritual, haha. I forgot the cheer, though >.<

Overall, a lovely day. Very informative. I am looking forward to going in September a lot more, now.

I also received my Mac student ID card today in the mail!! Im pumped!

Loved it! Visited Moulton and meet an awesome CA, and even bumped into my roommate Did the Thode Library Tour and now can't be more excited to go to Mac! So hyped up for Welcome Week! 31 days in counting til Move In Day!

Oh and surprised at the number of SOCS reps... they outnumbered the Maroons by so much! I thought it would be the other way around...both were super amazingly friendly and awesome though! Plus met Nicole in person and got an awesome IRC binder thing
