Ooohhh anddd the faculty nights/events in Welcome Week, you'll be able to meet people in your faculty and even program!  And not just a few, but a whole bunch of them! Make sure you go to the faculty events, I feel like those are most important in terms of finding people with similar interests, but I could be wrong

you need a macpass for the faculty day and night thing, don't you ?
now I REALLYY need a macpass, haha
I just wish I had a job..
I HATE begging my mom for money for things.
I already asked her and she said NO.

Nope, you don't need a MacPass for faculty day. But you won't have the faculty t-shirt that everyone else will be wearing.

Omg well that sucks.
Ill stick out like a sore thumb.
but then again, a LOT of my friends arent getting a macpass, I dont think, so we will be the cheap losersss without pretty rez/faculty shirts.

Well you don't ABSOLUTELY need one. There are also events that you can get into without a MacPass. And from previous years, supposedly they don't check all that much so you might be able to sneak in. Although, I do encourage everyone purchasing one, since it is what funds our events and you get awesome swag! So basically, your paying yourself for stuff

Yep! Like Jeremy mentionned, it doesn't require the MacPass! It includes the faculty T-shirt though!

I SOO need a job.
like right now.
if I did have money, Id have a macpass and a couple things from the Titles bookstore.
it is ADORABLE.
I LOVE the sweaters, they loook SO cozy. so do the sweatpants for the winter months.
thats ALL Im going to be wearing in winter lol sweaters and sweatpants.
can get pretty expensive, though..
does Titles ever have any sales?

I know! the stuff at Titles is so nice! I wanted to get a few of the McMaster notebooks too XD. Excess spirit I guess ? The clothes at Titles in the girl's section were really nice too! The T-shirts especially!

What would we name it though? First Year Anxieties and Random Thoughts?

HAHA Sara actually started a thread called TITLES, so bookstore thoughts go over there
but I def want a job, there, too

I don't know where you got your information from, but you DO need a MacPass for Faculty Day AND Faculty Night.

You can find more information on becoming a WW Rep (for any organization) throughout the year as you get involved with the organization. Each one has a different deadline and application process.

yeah the SOCS had their camping trip right after WW day so whoever was going on that trip was at Welcome Day for them. Usually its the other way around, but yesterday the Maroons had those that could make it off work and stuff. Look for a Maroons vs. SOCS Super Series of competitions during the year, we're thinking about having a fun rivalry lol.
