Oddly enough it's roughly 1.2% (assuming he rounded 5150). But why would there be interest on September 1st?

Maybe it's a 'Payment in Full' thing. It does say that fees are due no later than September 1st and it takes a couple of days to process any online transfers. =/

(Assuming the TC chose to pay in full)

But it doesn't accrue interest, there is only a 35$ late fee (which should be charged after September 1st).

Hmm, I have no idea then. If you want to know then you would most likely have to talk to the Registrar.

I don't know about the tuition fees. BUT. The residence fee on mine was about $50 more than what was written on the site, and when I asked they said it was an activity fee or something like that so that the res could plan things over the year.
