Where can you leave the campus by foot?

You can definitely leave the campus during your breaks, there is also no attendance in class.

Some tutorials and most labs have attendance, though. But yes, for the most part you're on your own here, and can decide for yourself wherever you'd like to go. To leave campus by foot, just walk to the edge of it, I guess :p It's just bounded by city streets.
