1st Year Life Science
Hey so I am thinking of going into Honours Biology or Hounours Biology & Psychology as my Level II program. Also I want to go into Med School, Psyhology or Pharmacy in the future (still undecided :p)

Here are my course for 1st year:

Biology 1A03
Biology 1M03
Psych 1X03
Psych 1XX3
Math 1A03
Physics 1L03
Chem 1A03
Chem 1AA3

I need helping choosing one more course from the Life Science I course list and 1 easy elective. If any 1st year or past Life Science student can give their advice, I'd really appreciate it.

I took the same courses as you in first year, except I took physics 1B03 instead of 1L03, and took enviro sci 1A03 (it's a bird) and math 1LT3 (easy math that satisfies professional school requirements for a full year of calculus).

Most 1st years take Econ 1b03/1bb3 as their elective . If you can get in i suggest Music 1a03 or 1AA3 .

For pharmacy, you need a second math (ie, 1AA3 or 1LT3). It's probably easiest to do it as soon after the first math as possible, before you forget everything.

Also if you took grade 12 physics and got above 80 then you should take 1B03.

The course calendar says it's not recommended, but it is possible.

Then you take Physics 1L03. And math 1LS3/1LT3 is what most the majority of people find easier, relative to Math 1A03/AA3.
