alcohol troubles !!
i've read that in order to house alcohol in your room you must be the legal drinking age which is obviously 19. i'm still 18 whereas my roomate is a year older than me and is 19 ... if she houses alcohol in her room because of course she is of legal age does that mean i'll get in trouble because i'm still 18?

i'm confused & not wanting to get in trouble!

No, you won't get in trouble as long as you aren't caught with alcohol on your person.

Well, first of all they would need a good reason to search your room. Secondly, you should be fine as long as the alcohol isn't in your drawers or anything. Plus you can just say that it's your roommate's and your roommate can confirm it.

This is also something that you can talk to your floor CA about at your first floor meeting.
