They're not accepting ONLY 10%. They only mean that they've accepted 10% of the total applicants so far with their early acceptances.

lol this just got me curios of what they do
and I got couple friends there already so dont worry
my biggest concern is being one of the 50% that dont go into 2nd year eng :(

If you have money, do the LEAP program and get 1P03 and 1C03 out of the way.
Two major time sink courses if you end up doing it during day school.

they are usually from syria/Lebanon/Jordan/Palestine some are iraqi and some are egyptians ... basically from every country ... I don't know .. Like I said before I love egyptians ... and I wish i can mix with arabs .. I just can't .. I am the organic layer to their aqueous layer (you will learn what that means in second year Orgo ...)

That depends.
1P03 people tends to do well but it is a major time sink. 1C03 is a hit or miss, some people will find it difficult (like me) while others do well.
Getting rid of two major time sink courses will allows you to focus more on the remaining courses. Which in turns bring up your average anyway.
All personal choice really. If I had the money back then, I would have done LEAP.
