Right now I am registered for C02, my conflict is with the MO 12:30 13:20 class. I could attend any of the C01 classes. Since it's taught by the same instructor, could I attend my other conflicting class on monday and make up for it on one of the 17;30 TO 18;30? Will there be any issues with having a conflict? Will McMaster allow it? Also, what are the chances that the instructor will be at the exact right spot on the missed class each time? Please respond soon! Thank you!!

They'll be problems if the C01 section is full in SOLAR. That means that the room is at maximum capacity. If the section is full, I would suggest not attending, at least not for the first couple weeks or attend but leave if you see people standing around without a seat.
Another problem may be with lecturing speeds/location. The biggest problem will be to figure out which lecture will correspond to the Monday section. Theoretically it would be the Thursday lecture, but that one comes before your Friday lecture. Which means you would be learning out of order. The other problem is that sometimes lectures will be at different speeds, so one section may be learning faster and be farther into the material than the other section, but generally the professor tries to keep things consistent and together. (An example is my Bio class last year. The morning lectures were going so fast, but the professor ended classes like 20 minute early to try and keep things consistent between the sections).
