Classes begin on Thursday the 10th (for everyone). For some reason we always start on a thursday. Tuesday the 7th is faculty day, a day where you will get a chance to meet with your fellow first year science students, and your upper year faculty reps (including myself). I highly recommend attending this event as it is a great opportunity it meet people, ask questions and bond with your faculty. And you get a free lunch!

Negative. You do not need a macpass to attend this all day event, but you won't have the black science shirt if you don't get the macpass .

You might as well just wait until you get into class for that. They'll give you the dates with the course outline. Sometimes the dates are only tentative, but I don't recall any of them actually changing last year.
I don't remember them being all posted in one common location either.
