There is a definite lack of great delivery places but there are some decent ones. Off the top of my head:
Chinese: West Garden is alright. Makes Canadian Chinese food at a reasonable price. Plus they give you a bonus dish when you order over certain amounts. I believe over $15 they give you a free chicken fried rice and over $25 sweet sour pork or chow mein.
Italian: Valentino's delivers, their pastas are pretty good and pizza is better than the chain restaurants.
Indian: Indian Garden is average. It can get a little pricey and the food isn't amazing but it's not bad either. Their lunch special deals are good if you dine in.
Then there are all the chain restaurants like KFC, Pizza Hut, Swiss Chalet, etc.
Pro Tip: You can get a free complimentary appetizer from Swiss Chalet by ordering online and entering a coupon with the format SCXXXXXX, where the X's represents numbers between 1-9. Just keep on guessing and you'll probably get it within 10 tries. Warning though, not exactly ethical...
