The bus pass is actually MUCH more effective on non Mac routes, since most of the bus drivers for those routes don't realize the pass doesn't work in the summer

Most of the ones for Mac routes know that it only works for 8 months. Although as stated, most are nice enough to not care with only a few days left till September. I used the pass on Friday with no problems. Always try it, just in case.

Come monday, I'm going to be pulling that card out like I'm VIP. I mean, come on, it will be the 31st, and unless if I encounter that crabby old woman, it should be okay. :]

She does that to everyone.

"Excuse me, I cannot turn my neck." I just end up putting the student card right on the fare box for about a minute to spite/mock her now. Although, if I see her I normally wait for the next bus.

She's scratched/grabbed a bunch of students for their bus pass.

Problem is, she could also file a complaint for harassment :(

Haha, I can totally see that. Once the police comes, she acts all normal and you will probably start looking like the suspect.

She's gotten suspended for about a month because of her grabbing/stealing of student card. I think people are well aware of the fact that she's a bit nuts, so many things (within reason), are perfectly justifiable imo.

Technically, her grabbing you (she's actually scratched me before), is considered assault.

those kind of incidents are exactly why Andrew R started Project Bus Beef.

Seriously, if you have any bad experiences with the HSR, try to remember all the details and submit it. Andrew had a huge interest in the HSR and Project Bus Beef (and he's trying to get the B-Line back on campus, and ensure that the buses are NOT redirected around campus) so please please PLEASE use the it!

I will. I don't really take the bus anymore, I usually just ride my bike.

I'm not too concerned about the bus being diverted around campus. It might actually help to cut down on the lazy people who take the bus from the university to Sterling who are too stupid to realize that it's faster to walk.
