Note that the first one is Bus #20 and the second, despite what it says online, is Bus #47 when you're actually waiting for it.
EDIT: My apologies, I misread "Burlington"...
If you want to bus it from Milton to Burlington, I'd start by taking the afore mentioned GO Bus all the way to Oakville GO Station instead and then taking an Oakville public bus to a point where you can switch to a Burlington bus...I'm not entirely sure where this point is but I'd check out http://www.oakvilletransit.c om/ and http://cms.burlington.ca/Page4370.aspx to find out.

You can go to Bronte carpool lot and then on to Dundas (Burlington) carpool lot from there...
