Can I change my OSAP application details after it was submitted?

When I filled out the application I put in that I would be getting money from an RESP. However my parents have decided they aren't going to give me money from it (long story). So now I'm stuck with $7400 OSAP for $7000 tuition, $1100 books, $10,000 accommodation. Even with a co-signer my bank will only loan me $2500 apparently. Don't know how they expect student to go to school with that.
