Can I transfer from electrical to tron?
Electrical engineering is very theoretical and I'm thinking mechatronics would be more practical, plus I love programming. I'm a bit late in the game to transfer but curious how possible it would be, I'm in 3rd year and would have the first 2.5 years of EE credits (cause I dropped out this term). I feel like there's a good amount of content overlap that could maybe get transferred. I'd be interested in switching if its possible for me to finish tron in 2 more years rather than 3.
Thoughts?

Hahaha, trust me dude, you don't want tron. Most people in tron don't want tron.

If you like programming, try computer engineering, you will have most courses overlapping (comp eng is basically electrical eng) and they do some programming too. In fact, most programming courses in tron where we actually do programming, are taken by comp eng as well.

Try to make an appointment with the Tron academic advisor. They should be able to tell you which ECE courses will transfer over, and what courses you will need to make up.
