How come almost every courses are full?
I can't take any elective courses because almost all the ones I saw are full. What are my chances of getting in the courses I want to?

Keep trying to get in, sometimes a seat will open up. You can try contacting your registrar, but I doubt they will grant you a seat for an elective course... but trying doesn't hurt.

It will open up eventually, probably closer to the time school starts
