Do I email the prof asking to open up additional spots?

and/or

Speak with the Registrar's Office?

What can I do other than keep trying until someone drops it?
I want to take a term 2 summer course so bad.

why don't you email the specific department that the course is under, and ask for an extra spot. worked for me when i asked the econ department for an extra seat in econ 2p03. just say you want to minor in that specific area and they'll open up a spot for you.
