Cross cultural courses? Need help with electives.
I'm in SocSci and I want to switch into Business. I read that Business students need to take cross cultural courses. Do I have to do so too? Any recommendations?

Also, if I'm planning to go into Law in the future, should I take poli sci and history as electives? Any recommendations?

Thanks~!

You'll need CC courses for upper years in Business. I'd recommend taking them anyway.
Poli Sci courses are on that list and History courses are considered humanities courses, so I'd say you're good to go.

You need 2 of them by the time you graduate... doesn't matter what years you take them in, just as long as you have 2 of them by the time you graduate. So yes, eventually, you'll need to take 2 of them if you want a B.Com.

You can have absolutely any major you want and apply to law school. I once met a Judge who had a B.Mus in piano before going to law school, and I have a friend who's doing Engineering Chemistry but plans on going to law school. If you want to take poli sci and history or you feel it would help you, then go for it, but it likely won't affect your admission into law school. Maybe a logic course will help you with the 'games' section of the LSAT? Just a thought
