Do I go to labs and tutorials in the first week?
Do I go to lab and tutorial for Physics 1D03, Chem 1E03, Engineering 1D04 and Math 1ZA3 before I can go to the lectures in first week?

Nope, they usually don't begin until Week 2

You never go to the labs/tutorials before your first core (Cxx) of that course. At that point your professor will clarify if you are to go to your upcoming lab/tutorial. There is a chance that tutorials can start the first week, but labs almost never start until week 3.
