Hello as an engineer, I chose these two electives:

HISTORY OF MUSIC & HUMAN GEO:CITY&ECONOMY

Does anyone have any reviews/comments on these courses?

Also are these easy courses that do not require a lot of time?

thanks!

hey, I'm going into my first year at engineering and just tried to select inquiry 1HU3 as one of my electives, but it says that I do not have the prerequisites for the course. I don't really get this because it's listed as a year 1 course :S

I think the Inquiry you're trying to get into is for Humanities students. I hate to tell you this, but you may not be able to take any Inquiry courses unless you talk to a faculty member to gain admission. If you get the okay from them, you'll be taking Inquiry 1SC3 (Inquiry in Science), not 1HU3 (Inquiry in Humanities).

Hope that helped.

think I'm just gonna have to find another birdie cuz Inquiry 1SC3 has the little light bulb beside it (not acceptable as one of the electives for engineering)

They've changed the Geo courses this year, so we don't have any imput on them. And as for music...I'm not in Music, so again...no idea.
