Haven't taken it, but heard that Relig St 2YY3 is also easy (and involves watching movies as well)

I've heard Music 2II3 is great if you're in to that kind of music. Probably full though is my guess (also a night course)

Relig St 2n03 with Dr. Smith was the easiest course I have ever done. We watched a movie practically every class, and both the midterm and the final exam were 50 multiple choice questions. Everyone finished the final exam in 20 minutes, and I am not kidding. And then our essay was a book report. No academic research required at all. It was 5 double-spaced pages. Plus the readings were really interesting - they were all more informal essays that were both pleasant and easy to read. And they were short. THERE WAS NO TEXTBOOK.

Of course, the trade off is that the course talks about nothing but death and the films will easily make you cry (featuring dead and dying real people and their families), but if you can handle that, it was amazingly easy. And it was interesting.
