Hi everyone Im just confusing why this eligible to complete registration part is still pending, Im sure that I got my OSSD this Feb and also I dont see any conditions list on my offer letter, is it just an update delay or I might be kicked out ;_;

i think it's just an update delay. Don't worry, if you wait at least one business day it should update.
