1. Try not to have 8:30 lectures, labs or tutorials, wake up during the winter mornings is extremely painful

2. Monday labs are not recommended because you need to prepare during weekend. Best to do it on Tuesday so you can ask your friends.

3. 1 hour break between 3-4 lecture is recommended.

4. 7 hours + with lab and tutorial in the morning is a pain

5. 8:30, 12:30, 4:30- classes, way too many breaks in between, you will find yourself skipping the lectures constantly.

6. Make sure you have Fridays from 1-7pm free to study for test and exams, most are on Friday evenings.

Just some tips

My timetable is attached, rearranged for maximum easiness.

Hey bobby66, you seem to have some good insights. Do you mind checking my time table i posted it earlier on the thread and giving me your feedback.

thanks

Term 1: Everything looks pretty good, your Friday is easy which is a good thing. But one suggestion, there's probably a PHYSICS 1D03 lab and tutorial available in the 14:30-18:20 slot, maybe you can try moving that. Then move your ENGINEERING 1D04 LAB to Wednesday and 1 class on Friday. (A day off )

Term 2: Looks fine. Not much can be changed.

hey, just a quick question. I have a physics lab and physics tutorial, both of which are on monday. The tutorial runs from 2:30pm - 4:20 pm and the lab runs from 2:30pm - 5:20 pm. Is that a conflict? i'm kinda confused how the physics tutorial overlaps the physics lab. My term 1 timetable is attached below for reference. Would also appreciate any feedback on my timetable...i'm thinking its ok..

ETB is the new Eng. Tech building

EOW means every other week. And yes, mondays can be arranged better. check the master timetable to see what cores you can change

There is no conflict between the lab and tutorial. They run every other week so..one week its the lab and next week the tutorial. Then the lab again..etc etc..
