Is it possible to transfer from Eng mgmt, to normal Eng?

It is possible. Management just takes certain commerce and management courses on top of the engineering courses. You can 'drop out' of management pretty easily, although you won't get the time and money spent on the commerce courses back.

It is possible to switch from normal to management as well.

Do the switch ASAP. The more time you wait, the worse the situation gets because you will waste more $ and time, probably will have to extend your education by a year if you drop management in 3rd year.
