Engineering Transfer
Who would I talk to if I want to transfer from Second Year Engineering into Life Sci? Is it possible to transfer into second year Life Sci? Or would I have to transfer into first year?

You should talk to an academic counselor in the life science department. They'll be able to help you out. When you go see them bring a list of the courses that you've already taken so that they can check if any of them are consider equivalent to any of the life sci courses. If enough of them are equivalent then you might be able to transfer into 2nd year life sci.
