Exercise Science for Kinesiology
Hey,
I understand that exercise science is recomended for kin but it isnt required, I just wanted to know what would happen if someone did not take exercise science in grade 12 how would that effect thier first year? Also, what if someone took grade 12 physics how would taking Physics 1L03 benefit them?

Thank you

If you don't take exercise science it doesn't affect your year at all in terms of what courses you take. You might just find that you have already learned some things covered in first year in exercise science.

If you took grade 12 physics, then the only benefit to taking 1L03 is a high grade, and even that doesn't apply to everyone, depending how strong their physics is. Personally I think it's a waste of time, but if you need a physics credit and are absolutely 100% sure you won't need to take 1B03, then it might be worth considering.
