Kinesiology: Science Electives
The undergraduate calendar says that "Honours B.Sc. Kinesiology students must complete at least six units of electives chosen from the Faculty of Science."

Psych 1X03 and 1XX3 would count towards these 6 units even though they are both considered science courses / social science courses, right?

Thanks! :]

From what I know, yes that would work because students in science and soc sci first year both take psych 1x03 & 1xx3. So it would count as a science elective. Also, if you check the master timetable, you'll see them under the Faculty of Science.

Here is what comes directly from a degree audit for a kinesiology student.

/# COURSES IN THE FACULTY OF SCIENCE #/
BIOCHEM + BIOLOGY + CHEM + CHEM BIO +
COMP SCI + MATLS + EARTH SC + GEO +
ENVIR SC + GEOG + HTH SCI 3I03, 4II3 +
MATH NOT MATH 1A03, 1LS3, 1B03 + MED PHYS +
MOL BIOL + PHYSICS + PSYCH +
STATS NOT STATS 1CC3, 2B03 + NEURCOMP +
SCIENCE

So these courses qualify as 'science electives' than can go toward your 6 units.
