First year engineering electives :S
Hi guys,

I have to pick 2 electives for engineering and the ladies at the info session said pick something you're good at or something easy. Now I picked Macro and micro economics, but i want to change micro to something else.
I was told psychology was fairly easy, not sure psych 1x03 or 1xx3, but i need the first one to take the second so i guess 1x03 is the only option. There's also labour studies (both 1A03 and 1 C03) that seem somewhat interesting to me. Um, geography (1HA3 and 1HB3) and Communication Studies 1A03 are also viable options i was looking into. My confusion lies here, which course would someone recommend? or if anyone has any insight to share on any of the courses, that would be great however my 7-day window finishes tonight ):.

to re-iterate:
- Psych 1X03
- Communication studies 1A03
- Geography 1HA3 or 1HB3
- Labour Studies 1A03 or 1C03

are the courses I was looking at taking as my second elective, but I dont know which one to take. If anyone has any recommendations and/or insight on any of these courses, please share! (:

Thanks,

New Eng Student (:

Have you checked out the reviews section yet? I remember I put up a GEO 1HB3 review a while back and that's the only course I've taken on your list there. Anyways the course was really easy just quite a few assignments (ie .short essays, creating maps).

If you're at all interested in languages, I took German 1Z06 in first year and it was quite light and easy. I've heard French 1Z06 is pretty nub too if you make any sort of effort to keep up.
