Is there a posting anywhere that tells the date for which a certain "welcome week event" happens?
'cause I'm booking for the return date of my airplane ticket
and if the "beginning events" dont interest me as much
I'll like to stay and visit my dad longer

They haven't released any schedules regarding Frosh week or Welcome Day itself. Just keep checking your email periodically.
