Tell her you have something in mind but you can say a thing, and she is going to have to wait for it. Gives you more time to plan something fun.

Um, thats pretty transparent. Unless your girlfriend is as dumb as a rock, she'll know you suck, or just forgot!

decided on getting the camera, plus a card and flowers.

i am a total "guy" when it comes to jewellery and would probably get the wrong thing, so i'll play it safe and take the sure bet.
